Turning ideas into assets

International Trademark Surveillance

- Have anyone applied for new trademarks similar to yours?

If you have registered a trademark, it is a good idea to monitor whether new trademarks that may be confused are being applied for registered. The International Trademark Surveillance provides you with a basis for early action against such marks.

Get automatically notified - and the opportunity to intervene

Thousands of new trademarks are registered every year. Sometimes a trademark similar or identical to yours emerges. With the International Trademark Surveillance you will be notified if someone applies for or registers a trademark which is similar to yours. That way you can intervene if you think that a given trademark infringes your own.

All necessary information

When we find a new trademark similar to yours, you will receive a notification. The notification also contains a reproduction of the trademark and information on time limit for opposition against the registration of the mark. Based on this information you may decide whether you to act against the trademark.

You decide which for countries we should conduct the International Trademark Surveillance. The Surveillance is carried out through an international trademark database covering over 180 countries.
