Surveillance of national or international trademark rights

Surveillance of national or international trademark rights may be used e.g.:

  • As continuous information about competi­tors' newly published trademark applications/ registrations which may be of particular rel­evance.

  • As a basis for further evaluation of the risk of confusion between the trademark be­ing surveilled and newly published trademark applications/registrations.

  • As a basis for consideration of the possibility of filing oppositions against newly published trademark applications/registrations.

Product characteristics

Surveillance may be performed of a trademark applied for or registered nationally or of a Madrid Protocol registration effective in Denmark.

If the trademark being surveilled has been men­tioned in a search report in a national trademark application, in a community trademark applica­tion or in a Madrid Protocol registration designat­ing Denmark, and the said application/registration is published, notice will be given.

A surveillance notification, which is a list of au­tomatically printed information on one or several published registrations, will be forwarded.

Delivery

Delivery will take place shortly after publication of the registrations.

Prices

The price of a surveillance per year irrespective of the number of notifications is:
First trademark: DKK 1,500.
Second and third trademark, per mark: DKK 1,500.
Additional trademarks, per mark: DKK 1,050.
