  • As a basis for a well-founded patent application

Product characteristics

The search is made by searching in international patent databases on the basis of a precise description and drawings, if any, prepared by the customer. The examiner will search in relevant patent databases using patent classes and keyword limitation.

Upon conclusion of the search, a report with the following contents will be made:

  • Search statement

  • Database, patent classes and key words used for the search

  • Overview of material found ( patent numbers) divided into categories depending on its relevance in relation to the customer’s invention

Delivery

Time of delivery will be maximum 10 working days.

Prices

The fixed price is DKK 7,000. If requested, copies of documents up to 10 copies can be included for DKK 500.

The above price is exclusive of VAT.

In the event that the invention is too comprehensive and we consider that we will not be able to perform a proper search on the terms agreed upon (price and time of delivery), we will contact you.
